![]() We HIGHLY recommend this movie to those of you who enjoy movies like There's Something About Mary, Four Rooms ("Misbehavers" vignette), etc. We hope that part isn't lost in the incredible humor. Specifically speaking, the not-so-subtle (and rightfully so) social commentary. In fact, it has many more redeeming qualities than AH. ![]() Convinced there must be one nearby, the two set out on a late-night odyssey that takes them deep into New. Nerdy accountant Harold and his irrepressible friend, Kumar, get stoned watching television and find themselves utterly bewitched by a commercial for White Castle. However, it's no worse in that regard than South Park or other hit movies involving college-age adults (a la Animal House). Harold & Kumar Go to White Castle (2004) 7.1 177,479. Our only regret is that we can't take our 14-year-old son to see it-the movie makes light of drugs and sex too much for his age (in our "parental opinion"). Surprise of surprises, we were glued to our seats and didn't want to leave! We're NOT 20-somethings or even 30-somethings, yet we found this entire movie eye-watering funny! These two actors are great at their craft, and their on-screen combination a perfect match. We stuck our heads in this movie because we had 15 minutes to kill before our movie started ("Collateral").
